 Forest Trails Unit One is a beautiful year-round community located in the cool pines of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest on the Mogollon Rim near the communities of Overgaard and Heber, Arizona.  At an elevation of 6,600', we experience four seasons. Local activities include hiking, biking and off-roading in the National Forest, skiing at Sunrise Ski Resort, communing with nature, and partaking in the many community activities and fairs.
